Return Policy
Some of the items on our website are fulfilled by a third-party partner and may be subject to a different return policy than what is stated below. Please see actual product description for specific fulfillment, cancel and return information from these partners.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition for a prompt refund. Merchandise returned within 45 days of the shipment will be credited back to your credit card for the full amount. Items must be unworn with tags attached (swimwear must have sanitary liner attached). Items that are returned worn or damaged will not receive a credit. Complete the packing slip and enclose it with your return. Returns received after 45 days from original date of shipment will not receive a credit. Allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
Here's How to Return Your Item:
- Choose your shipping return option below.
Option 1. Returns Via UPS
- Use the UPS label included in your original shipment. Affix it to the outside of your package. Notate the Return Tracking # for your records. The tracking number will allow you to track your return package at UPS.com
- Drop it off at any UPS location. Click here to locate a UPS Store or Drop Box or give the package to any UPS driver.
- Pay nothing up front; a shipping charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your credit or refund.
Option 2. Return on your own
- Ship your package back by USPS or a carrier of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.
- Package your return
Your packing slip must be sent back with your return so that we can provide credit. Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton.
Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label.
Please Allow Up To 2 Weeks
It takes up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling), less the cost of the UPS return charge, when you choose this option. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
