The Artemiss Appreciation Awards are being awarded to certain qualifying persons pursuant to an agreement under which the Newport News brand and related business was recently acquired. The Artemiss Appreciation Awards are awarded for no consideration from those qualifying persons. Persons may qualify for the Artemiss Appreciation Awards Program based solely on certain aspects of their status as returning customers who had unredeemed Newport News credits for merchandise returned before June 6, 2011 or their status as holders of unredeemed or partially redeemed Newport News gift cards issued by the prior owner before June 6, 2011. The Artemiss Appreciation Awards are not being awarded or marketed to the general public. The Artemiss Appreciation Awards are personal to you and may not be transferred to or redeemed by another person and you have no property rights in the Artemiss Appreciation Awards. The Artemiss Appreciation Awards are not “gift certificates” and are not being awarded for gift-giving purposes. The Artemiss Appreciation Awards are being offered for promotional purposes only under a one-time promotional program.

The Artemiss Appreciation Awards are only redeemable for select Newport News merchandise, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be applied retroactively against prior purchases. Merchandise acquired through the redemption of the Artemiss Appreciation Awards may not be returned for cash and all sales of merchandise made with the Artemiss Appreciation Awards are final. You will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges for merchandise acquired through the redemption of the Artemiss Appreciation Awards.
